Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

  • unused and in original condition

  • with original packaging where possible

Custom / Personalized Orders

We offer custom options (custom text, colors, sizing/dimensions, and branding).
Custom/personalized items are not eligible for returns due to change of mind, as they are made specifically for you.
However, if a custom item is damaged or incorrect, we will resolve it.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@melecraft.co.uk with:

  • order number

  • clear photos of the issue and packaging (if applicable)

Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • If the item is damaged in shipping, incorrect, or defective: return shipping is on us.

  • If you changed your mind / didn’t like the item: return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks/payment providers may take 5–10 business days to reflect the refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed when possible.

  • For exchanges due to change of mind: shipping is paid by the customer

  • For exchanges due to damage/incorrect item: shipping is on us
